File manager bug with Railo 3.1

Description

In the newest version of Railo (3.1.0.015), when you try to use the Mura file manager, you get this error:

"The name [dump] is already used by a Build in Function"

Apparently, Railo recently added a dump() function which conflicts with a dump() UDF in the file manager (CFFM) code.
