Error with Extended Attributes of multiselect type that have a comma in a value in the option list

Description
Create a new Sub Type (i.e., Page>Book). Create a new extended attribute on the subtype of MultiSelectBox? and in the Option List give it the values: Option 1Option 2Option 3, Quick NoteOption 4Option 5, Some Words
When you create a new page of this subtype and go to the Extended Attributes tab and select "Option 1" and "Option 2" (by control clicking) and publish the page, then come back to the extended attributes tab, both these items are selected in the multiselectbox. If you select "Option 1" and "Option 3, Quick Note", then publish and come back, only "Option 1" is selected. However, the value for this extended attribute is correct ("Option 1, Option 3, Quick Note"). Its confusing to the user who would have thought they selected both of these if they are to come back and make edits.
